"After enjoying many years in beautiful Sonoma country, Margaret and Kelley helped us sell our wonderful country home and property in Petaluma this year. From the first interaction to the close of the deal, the experience was smooth and simply amazing. Their customer focus, market understanding, personal touch, attention to detail, and how they handled the whole process professionally and with all the different parties involved was outstanding. In the process they were flexible and adjusted our approach as necessary. On the other hand they stayed firm when needed and gave us good advice, always keeping our interests and goals in mind. They worked diligently leveraging their networks to find the right buyers for our property. After a thorough preparation, and once the property was on the market, we could not believe how quickly they found us the ideal buyers. We could not be happier how everything worked out, as we can now focus on our major transition back to our Europe. Thank you Margaret and Kelley, you are a great team, and it was a pleasure to get to know you and work with you. All our best wishes to both of you!"

"After making the decision to sell my Petaluma home of 40 years to relocate closer to family, Margaret Schrock and Kelley Cagney were referred to me by a close friend. From the initial meeting, I felt confident and connected with them immediately. Margaret and Kelley made the process seamless from beginning to end and put me at ease even during a short illness I experienced. They were by my side every step of the way. My house was on the market only a few days with multiple full asking price and contingencies. I highly recommend this professional and knowledgeable team for any real estate needs."

"I would highly recommend Margaret Schrock and Kelley Cagney of the Schrock Team if you are in the market for selling your property. They were recommended to me and I was very pleased These two possess a keen sense of market strategy, pricing and showcasing the house in its best light. This was the home I grew up in and decided to sell after my mother passed. Margaret and Kelley were sensitive to that and we went at a pace I could manage. This team has a great set of vendors which I used. Every room was wallpapered and Margaret recommended we take it all down and just paint the inside of the house white. Perfect. Please consider them for your Real estate needs. Donna Reardon"

As we live out of state, we were initially concerned about managing the sale remotely. However, Kelley and Margaret went completely above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. From the very beginning, they demonstrated an incredible level of dedication and professionalism. They took charge of prepping the house for sale, handling numerous tasks that we couldn’t manage from afar. Her knowledge of the process, the market and all the intangibles of home buying - like helping this city-dwelling couple navigate the particulars of buying a country home - were all indispensable. Margaret and her partner Kelley are super-responsive, anticipatory and eminently prepared for any curveballs that may arise. "

"We had been looking to downsize for several years. We went to an open house, not expecting anything. Lo and behold it ticked all our boxes. We had no hope that this could work, but called Margaret anyway. She talked us through a scenario where we could make a contingency offer (rare to be accepted these days, but worth a try). She worked her magic, and within a few days we had our offer accepted and an offer on our house that was well above asking price with no contingencies! Her communication skills are stellar with all parties concerned. She handled this complex transaction with professionalism, integrity and concern for our best interests. She scheduled inspections with lightening speed, connected us with movers, insurers and kept us calm throughout the process. She and her team are very skilled and really “there” for you, every step of the way . We are so very grateful to Margaret"
